CANCELLATION POLICY

 

If you are more than 15 min late for your appointment you will need to reschedule and you will need to pay a $50 rebooking fee if you are an existing client or $100 rebooking fee if you are a new procedure client. 

 

If you NO SHOW for your appointment an additional charge will be required before being put back on the schedule. For a touch up, a $50 

NO SHOW Fee will be charged, $100 fee will be charged for new procedure clients. This Fee will be due before being put back on the schedule. 

 

  Our scheduling is very structured. And our time as well as others is very important.

If there are any blemishes, pimples, active cold sores, irritation of the skin of any kind, skin imperfections in or around the area of the procedure, Stephanie WILL NOT be able to do the procedure until the blemish or area of concern is gone.

 

If you show up to the appointment and there is an area of concern you will be rescheduled and be charged the rebooking fee. 

 NO EXCEPTIONS

 

Stephanie is the only person that performs permanent makeup in our office and her schedule stays quite full.  It is up to the client to maintain their current and future appointments. We do not guarantee confirm calls.
